In addition to breathing air and a natural, well-balanced diet, clean drinking water is probably the most important factor for a healthy, vital and youthful life. Through clean drinking water you can promote your health, extend youth and life, as well as protect yourself against possible, creeping diseases such as arteriosclerosis or allergies. Humans excrete about 5% of their body fluid daily, i.e. every 20 days we renew all our body fluids. Therefore we should daily min. drink 2.5 liters of pure water. Our body consists of about 70 trillion cells. Arteries, veins, lymph, intercellular tissues - all this adds up to about 80'000 km of watery pathways in our body.
Until a few years ago, we could still rely on the filter function of the soil. But times are changing. In many places, the soil can no longer bind pollutants and, in addition, releases previously deposited toxins. Sooner or later, the toxins reach the groundwater - and from there into the drinking water reservoirs. The result, really clean water is in short supply.
